2. Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation Before Work Begins

  • Clients may cancel a service before the project or campaign has started.
  • In such cases, a full refund may be issued, excluding any transaction or processing fees (if applicable).

b) Cancellation After Work Has Started

  • If work has already begun, no full refund will be provided.
  • A partial refund may be considered based on:
    • Work completed
    • Resources allocated
    • Advertising setup or tool usage

3. Monthly & Ongoing Services

For monthly retainers, subscriptions, or ongoing campaigns:

  • Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.
  • Failure to cancel on time may result in charges for the upcoming period.
  • No refunds are provided for unused days or partial months.

4. Advertising Spend

  • Advertising budgets paid directly to platforms (Google, Meta, YouTube, etc.) are non-refundable.
  • Printbuddynow.com is not responsible for refunds issued by third-party advertising platforms.

5. AI & Automation Services

  • AI outputs, automation workflows, and system setups are non-refundable once delivered or deployed.
  • Performance results are not guaranteed due to algorithm, platform, and market variables.

6. No Guarantee of Results

Digital marketing and advertising outcomes depend on multiple factors outside our control. Therefore:

  • No refunds will be issued based on performance, ROI, leads, or sales results.

7. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

8. Force Majeure
